Sit back comfortably in your chair, relax Uncross your arms and legs. Take a deep breath. Close your eyes and imagine yourself surrounded, filled, and protected by God's loving light. As you do this, say to yourself, "Father, Mother God, I ask right now for your light to surround, fill, and protect me for my highest good." I want only to see and hear that which is the truth and what is right for me right now. Feel the warmth and security from within. Now that love and truth surround you, take a deep breath and say these words. God bless you. I love you. See these words going out then making an arc and coming back into your heart. Let's do this a few times. Take a deep breath and say these words. God bless you. I love you say see these words going out and then making an arc and coming back into your heart. Breathe in this loving once more. Take a deep breath and say these words. God bless you. I love you. See these words going out. And making an arc and coming back into your heart. Breathe in this loving. You are now in touch with your own loving. And God is filling your heart.
